It features an additional carved stirrup piece that hangs through the plug’s center by an 18g-16g wooden pick. This unique addition makes this plug a two-in-one jewelry item; choose to wear the stirrup in a standard piercing, keep it with the plug, or choose to wear one and not the other. These plugs are polished and flared in the back for a comfortable and secure fit.
